Creating
and Sending a Poll

Q: How do I create
a Poll?
A: To create a Poll,
first log into your Eventstribe Account and
go to 'My Polls.' You'll see the option
to 'Send a Poll.' This is the "create"
page for Polls.
Q: How
do I access a Poll I've sent?
A: To edit a poll, first
log into your Eventstribe account and click
'Polls' to access your Poll. Click the
title of your poll to view it.
Q: Can
I ask more than one question on a Poll
at a time?
A: At this time, Polls
must be limited to one question per
poll. You can send out many polls if
you'd like.
Q: How do I edit a
Poll?
A: To edit a poll, first
log into your Eventstribe account and go to
the 'My Polls' tab. Click
the title of your poll to view it. On
the top left of the Poll, click on 'Edit
this Poll'. Then under 'Possible
Responses', make your desired changes. When
you are finished editing, click on 'Save'
located near the bottom to the right
of the page. Please note,
if you make any editions after guests
have replied to the poll, these responses
will be erased.
Q: How
do I make my Poll private?
A: First, log into your
Eventstribe account and go to your 'My Polls'
tab. Click the title of your Poll to
view it. In the upper left
click the button 'Edit this Poll'. Under
'Voting Options' select 'Make this a
secret ballot'. When you
are finished, click on the 'Save' button
located near the bottom to the right.

Q: Can I create a
Photo Album even if I haven't sent an
Eventstribe?
A: Yes you can. First,
log into your Eventstribe account. Under
the 'My Photos' section of the site,
click on the 'Start a Photo Album' link
just across from 'Your Photo Albums.' This
will allow you to start creating a Photo
Album without associating it to a particular
event.
Q: Who will be able
to see my Photo Albums?
A: When you create a
Photo Album, you are asked whether or
not you would like to keep the Photo
Album 'Private' or 'Public'. If
you chose 'Public', your Photo Album
will be accessible to anybody that you
share the Album with. Once
you have added your photos, there is
a link on the final page that says 'Share
With Friends.' This will
provide a pop-up window for you to enter
the addresses of anyone you'd like to
send it to. If, however,
you chose 'Private', your Photo Album
will not be accessible to anyone but
you.
Q: How
do I get to past Photo Albums?
A: To access a past photo
album, first log in to your Eventstribe account.
Click on the 'My Photos' tab. If
you are looking for one of your Photo
Albums, look under 'Your Photo Albums'. If
you are looking for a Photo Album that
was sent by a friend, look under the
header that says 'Friends' Photo Albums'.
Q: Where can I find
a photo album someone has sent me?
A: If you are looking
for a photo album that someone has sent
you must first register with Eventstribe to view the album,
be sure to sign up using the same email
address at which you received the photo
album. After you've registered
and logged in, every photo albums sent
to you will be stored 'My Photos'.
