 Q:  My name is wrong on my Invites, how do I change this?
 A:  Log into Invite and click on My Invite then My Account, make any necessary changes/edits then scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

 Adding/Changing Emails

 Q:  How can I change/delete my email address from my account profile?
 A:  Log into Invite and go to My Account and click on the Add Another Email To Your Account tab. Enter the new email address where you want your Invites to be sent. A confirmation email will be sent to this address, click on the confirmation link to activate the new email address. You can then delete the old email address. Note: Changes made to addresses will not affect Invites that have already been sent.

 Q:  How do I delete an email address from my account profile?
 A:  Log into Invite and go to My Account and click Delete next to the unwanted email address to delete it. Note: Changes made to addresses will not affect Invites that have already been sent.

 Merging Accounts

 Q:  How do I merge two email accounts?
 A:  First, log into either account and go to My Account and click on Add Another Email Address To This Account. Add the email address of the account you want merged with the account you are currently working in. Put in the password that you selected for the account to be merged in the entry field, and the addresses associated with it should now appear in your Account Profile.

 Forgot Password

 Q:  Help! I forgot my password! What do I do?
 A:  If you cannot remember your password, click on My Invite to get to our registration page. On the left hand column, click on the Forgot Password link and enter your email address. Your password will be sent to you via your email address.

 Q:  How do I change my password?
 A:  Log into Invite and go to the My Account tab, and scroll to the bottom of the page and you can change your password there.

 Unable to Log In/Cookies

 Q:  What is a Cookie?
 A:  When you visit our site, our server sends your computer a cookie. Your browser must be set to accept the cookies in order to login to Invite and access your personal information. These cookies are small packets of information that identify you as a user of Invite. Cookies save you time by retaining your contact information. Cookies do not deliver viruses, and can only be read by the server that sent you the cookie.

 Q:  How do I turn on cookies in Microsoft IE?
 A:  
    1. In the browser - choose Tools
    2. Select Internet Options
    3. Click the Security tab
    4. Click Internet, then Custom level
    5. Scroll down to Cookies and choose one of the two options.

 Q:  How do I turn on cookies in Netscape browsers?
 A:  
    1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences
    2. Click Advanced
    3. Click to select the box labeled Accept All Cookies.
    4. Click Ok.
 Q:  Why can't I log on?
 A:  If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, please check your browser settings and make sure that your cookies are turned on. To do this, select the Tools menu in your browser window and go to Internet Options. Select the Privacy tab and make sure that cookies are allowed. If your cookies are turned on and you still can't log in, please try deleting your cookies. You can do this by going to the Tools menu, select Internet Options and go to the General tab and click on Delete Cookies. Please contact us if you are still having trouble logging in.
